The 1980s. Bare-faced motorcycles. An attitude that made you feel different from everyone else. Introducing the Concept-X. Inspired by the simple but aggressive style of the era, this helmet comes from the heart of Arai's R&D department. They loved the look, but that was it. Now Arai engineers want an old school cool look that suits their style and their motorcycles. But they want coolness with modern Arai performance.
The rugged simplicity of the Concept-X is the product of imagination. But don't jump to the wrong conclusion. The retro style may attract attention, but it had to pass Arai's rigorous internal testing. Consequently, beneath the aggressive look lies a strong, lightweight PB e-cLc shell with a smooth and rounded shape, reinforced with Arai's proprietary peripheral belt to help glide over surfaces and bounce off obstacles. The VAS-VC sight system, with its mechanical retro optics, further improves vision performance by lowering the sight pivot point to maximize a smooth upper shell.
The Concept-X's sleek outer shell hides a secret: Arai's internal ventilation system. Cooling air is channeled through the visor's eyebrow-level vents, passed through the comfort liner and three top vent holes, and out through a hidden, multi-stage air channel within the EPS liner by the negative pressure created by the combined venturi effect of the side exhaust ports and neck vent. At the front, six meshed vents can be closed to prevent fogging and opened to allow air to flow.

How to measure correctly
To accurately determine your clothing size, you should only wear underwear and place the measuring tape tightly against your body.
A: Chest circumference:
Measure horizontally at the fullest part of your chest.
B: Waist circumference:
Measure horizontally around your waist. Make sure you are standing straight.
C: Hip circumference:
Measure around the fullest part of your hips/buttocks.
D: Step length:
Measure the inside of the leg from the crotch to the sole of the foot.

Q: Glove size:
Measure the circumference of your hand at the widest part of your palm.
Then transfer the measured values into the corresponding manufacturer tables to determine your size.
boots and shoes
To find your shoe or boot size, first measure the length of your foot from the longest toe to the end of your heel. Then stand on a piece of paper and mark a vertical line at the beginning and end of your foot. Measure the distances between the lines to get your foot length. Using these measurements, you can then use the boot charts to determine your shoe size.
helmets
The helmet is the most important part of your motorcycle protective equipment. For optimal safety, the helmet must fit properly. The assignment of helmet sizes to international sizes can vary.
1. Take your tape measure and measure your head circumference horizontally at the widest part of your head (about 2 cm above the eyebrows).
2. Choose the helmet size that is closest to your measurement. If your measurement is between two helmet sizes, try the smaller helmet size first.
