How to measure correctly
To accurately determine your clothing size, you should only wear underwear and place the measuring tape tightly against your body.
A: Chest circumference:
Measure horizontally at the fullest part of your chest.
B: Waist circumference:
Measure horizontally around your waist. Make sure you are standing straight.
C: Hip circumference:
Measure around the fullest part of your hips/buttocks.
D: Step length:
Measure the inside of the leg from the crotch to the sole of the foot.
E: Helmet sizes:
Sizes for helmets: See below under "Helmets"
Q: Glove size:
Measure the circumference of your hand at the widest part of your palm.
Then transfer the measured values into the corresponding manufacturer tables to determine your size.

To find your shoe or boot size, first measure the length of your foot from the longest toe to the end of your heel. Then stand on a piece of paper and mark a vertical line at the beginning and end of your foot. Measure the distances between the lines to get your foot length.
